By enrolling with Stardom Academy, students and parents/guardians agree to follow the Academy's policies, procedures and standards outlined in this handbook.

Fees are payable by the stated deadline and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the Academy.

Requests involving prorated fees, make-up classes, transfers or credits are subject to the Academy's prevailing policies.

Regular attendance, punctuality and commitment are important to a student's progress. Students participating in examinations, performances, competitions, troupe training or special programmes are expected to attend the required classes and rehearsals and honour the commitments involved.

Class placement, progression, examination readiness, competition selection, casting and performance opportunities are determined by the teaching faculty based on factors such as technical readiness, attendance, attitude, consistency, work ethic and suitability.

Stardom Academy may make reasonable changes to class schedules, instructors, venues, programme arrangements or rehearsal requirements where necessary. Where possible, families will be informed of significant changes in advance.

Dance, acrobatics, circus arts, flexibility training and conditioning involve physical activity and therefore carry an inherent risk of injury. Students are expected to follow all safety instructions and inform coaches of any injury, illness or physical limitation that may affect participation.

In the event of an injury or medical concern, the Academy may provide reasonable first aid and contact the student's parent/guardian or emergency services where necessary.

Students and families are responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to treat Academy facilities and equipment with care.

Stardom Academy expects respectful behaviour from all students, parents and guardians. Serious or repeated breaches of Academy policies, unsafe conduct, bullying, abusive behaviour or actions that negatively affect the learning environment may result in participation being reviewed or enrolment being discontinued.

Competitions, examinations, performances and other external events may be subject to decisions made by third-party organisers. Stardom Academy is not responsible for changes to schedules, venues, judging, results or cancellations made by those organisations.

Photography and recordings may be taken during Academy activities and used in accordance with the Academy's Photography, Media & Privacy Policy.

Stardom Academy may review and update its policies, programmes or fees when necessary. Families will be informed of significant changes where practicable.

By continuing enrolment with Stardom Academy, students and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to uphold the Academy's policies, standards and expectations.
